we support children and youth so that they may reach their full potential

What We Do

— Emergency response

Project Hope endeavours to support its partners through crisis situations. In any given moment, we believe that we have the power to say, “this is not how the story is going to end”.

— Education

We believe that every child has the right to an education within an environment that is conducive to learning.

Project Hope offers:

  • Curriculum guidance (currently to preschool level)
  • Infrastructure upliftment
  • Stationary support
  • Bursaries

— Health Care

With a dedicated team of volunteer health professionals, Project Hope comes alongside the current health system in order to provide the necessary referrals and support for all children within its Programs.

— Nutritional support

We believe that no child should know hunger. We believe that every child has the right to a nutritionally balanced diet that allows him or her to thrive. We believe in seeing measurable results.

Project Hope offers:

  • Nutritional assessments by a Registered Nurse
  • Medical referrals where necessary
  • School feeding schemes at partner schools
  • Emergency food parcels

— Social upliftment

We explore the challenges of severely disadvantaged communities and contribute towards sustainable interventions that improve their quality of life.

— Sport

We use sport as a tool to improve health, develop physical abilities and social skills, and of course to play and have fun.
